In order for us to provide an accurate quote for your project we will also require a full brief/scope of works to understand clearly what you wish to achieve, be it photography or film and any requirement for post-production work thereafter.
An initial project survey using online resources will be completed FREE OF CHARGE to ascertain the feasibility of the project in accordance with CAA regulations, we will contact you if we require any further information deemed necessary to complete this. Any safety or legal concerns at this stage will be communicated to you.
Upon confirmation of acceptable site conditions, we will require a valid purchase order or written advice to secure the booking.

If we feel the weather is not suitable, we will reschedule where possible at no additional cost.
If you instruct us to attend site on the ‘off chance’ that weather conditions change, we will accept the instruction however Once on site it is the Pilots final decision as to whether it is safe to fly. If conditions are deemed unsafe and we cannot fly the attendance will be charged at the full quoted rate.
In all instances, and prior to any flight, an onsite pre-flight survey and risk assessment will be completed in accordance with CAA regulations to confirm we are safe and legal to fly.
